NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - Hosted by Whitefish Lake Property Owners Association (WLPOA) regarding water levels set by Billy Boy Dam on December 15, 2025 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Sevenwinds Conference Center, 13767 W County Road B, Hayward, WI 54843 (members of the public can learn more about the petition to amend the water level and dam operations and submit written or oral comments) (Submit comments to Jacob Druffner, DNR Water Management Engineer, by phone at 715-461-0159 or email at [email protected] or Dan Harrington, DNR Water Management Specialist, by phone at 715-733-0019 or email at [email protected]) (Comments may alternatively be submitted in writing to 810 W Maple St., Spooner, WI 54801).

Anyone unable to attend the public hearing may submit an advisory letter of response (in favor or against passing resolution) to the attention of the Clerk. The Town Board will vote whether or not to pass the resolution at a noticed open meeting.
